Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the more operational part of the Data Privacy department. 
  • Managing the external providers and requests for contract revisions.  
  • Review privacy policies, internal management + PIAs + LIAs + ARCO + internal training. 
  • Function as privacy ambassador for each brand and be fully aware of the needs of each department.

Core Skills/experience

  • Law degree.
  • 2 years minimum of specific data privacy experience.
  • Native level of Spanish and intermediate level of English. 
  • Ability to translate legal and technical information into a more understandable type of language.
  • Experience and interest in GDPR 7 data protection.
  • Contracts-specialized lawyer with emphasis on Data Protection Agreements.
  • Any data privacy certification is a plus.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Salesforce knowledge.
  • Assertiveness and leading abilities.
