In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving statistical reporting related to operating procedures and Service and Quality measures in operations. You will work closely with the manager, regional partners, and other stakeholders to support data related strategies, provide ongoing support.  You will also perform data quality assessment regularly using systems such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, SAP, and Genesys to investigate the inconsistencies in data quality and to ensure reports are adapted to changes in the reporting needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Recommend changes and improvements for reporting, data collection, and quality in alignment with the strategy and company goals
  • Oversee data collection across multiple regions and ensure data is collected according to SLAs
  • Analyze requirements to test and deploy system enhancements
  • Understand and support disaster recovery documentation and processes
  • Be the escalation point for data delivery and quality issues
  • Build, maintain, and improve business dashboards / scorecards
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality solutions and make recommendations for improvement when necessary
  • Work with others within the department to support department goals, when applicable, to validate effectiveness and efficiency of plans, strategies and decision
  • Ensure that management is abreast of accomplishments and impact areas
  • 80% processing of internal data

Core Skills/experience

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL
  • SAP, Genesys knowledge is a big plus
  • Proactive analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Contact Center Methodologies, and call center processes is a plus
