Our client is a leading retail company, as a part of their growth goals they are looking for a motivated Team-player with a strong service mindset being responsible for the DACH market joining the team in Barcelona.


Native level of German

Professional level of English

Conversational level of Spanish


Main Responsibilities

  • Managing incidences and inquiries from customers and business partners
  • Supporting the back office team
  • Be the main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
  • Providing a professional service by working proactively 
  • Maintain a high level of quality at all time 

Core Skills/experience

  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive 
  • You have prior experience in Customer Service /Technical support or Back office  
  • You are a team player with great communication skills 
  • Knowledge of SAP or other Ticketing system is a plus 
  • You are able to work independently and under pressure
