Our client is a leading retail company, as a part of their growth goals they are looking for a motivated Team-player with a strong service mindset responsible for the DACH market to join the team in Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing incidences and inquiries from customers and business partners
  • Supporting the back office team
  • Be the main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
  • Providing a professional service by working proactively 
  • Maintain a high level of quality at all time 

Core Skills/experience

  • Experience in accounting
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service /Technical support or Back office  
  • Team player with great communication skills 
  • Knowledge of SAP or other Ticketing system is a plus 
  • Being able to work independently and under pressure
