Our client is one of the leading SaaS companies in the optimization and sustainability of logistics and supply chains on a global level that has been active for more than 30 years. They are looking for a sales-driven and people-oriented person with the right skills to manage their clients and ensure their satisfaction from the beginning. 


  • Native level of French
  • Full professional level of Spanish 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term customer relationships
  • Onboard new customers and assure a smooth transition
  • Strategically manage retention and upselling of existing clients 
  • Monitor customers' satisfaction and provide them with support all along
  • Lead the renewals process
  • Provide support in the process of cash collection and debt mediation

Core Skills/experience

  • 1/2 years of previous exposure to customer support and/or sales
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce is highly valued)
  • People-oriented, client-focused and collaborative attitude
  • Creative mindset and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Passion for communication and account management
