Native Level of German


Main Responsibilities

  • You will have a goal of monthly eBookings to facilitate
  • Establishing a framework for prioritizing customer engagement
  • You will be in contact with the customer via phone, mail, and also in-person to show them the amazing product.
  • Since customers are the main focus you take care of following up and supporting them. 
  • Helping to organize group events to get all the customers together and to promote the product.

Core Skills/experience

  • You are confident, and you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with.
  • At least 2 years of experience in either, giving support, training, upselling to existing customers, or finding new customers.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently but also in a team.
  • Being able to adapt to fast-changing environments.
