Main Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the seamless functioning of services by managing customer interactions via phone and email
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations in every interaction
  • Aim for immediate resolution of customer queries to enhance efficiency and satisfaction

Core Skills/experience

  • Background in customer service is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly, ensuring proactive and efficient support with a positive attitude
  • Problem-solving skills are essential to deliver optimal solutions for customers
  • Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences, along with the ability to connect, establish rapport, and empathize with customers
