Main Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
  • Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client’s queries, and explaining company policies
  • Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary
  • Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases
  • Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments
  • Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • People Person – you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Tech savvy and analytical
