They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a sporty and positive attitude to join their team in Barcelona. Together with their young and dynamic team, you will offer the best possible experience for customers all over the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best in class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions about their products or services through different channels
  • Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
  • Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided
  • Reviewing the information that ASICS delivers to the consumers at a local level in all possible sources (web, newsletters, Twitter, Facebook, posts, events,...)

Core Skills/experience

  • Currently living in Barcelona
  • Enjoy taking care of and helping people
  • Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
  • Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Passionate about sports
  • Eager to learn
