They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a sporty and positive attitude to join their team in Barcelona. Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best in class consumer experience attending to consumers and helping them with all sorts of questions about their orders, products, or services through different channels
  • Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
  • Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided
  • Reviewing the information that ASICS delivers to the consumers at a local level in all possible sources (web, newsletters, Twitter, Facebook, posts, events,...).

Core Skills/experience

  • Currently living in Barcelona
  • Enjoy taking care of and helping people
  • Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
  • Team player who is also able to work independently
  • Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Passionate about sports
  • Eager to learn
