Our client is a leader in luxury fashion & retail e-commerce with international employees from all over the world. They work with all the big fashion brands, and they are looking for enthusiastic talents to join their Customer Service team!

You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working in the fashion industry.


  • Native level of Arabic
  • High level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class consumer experience attending to consumers with all sorts of questions about their products or services
  • Answering customer requests via telephone and e-mail
  • Advise and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process
  • Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Close cooperation with our Payment, Warehouse and Shipping departments

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role
  • Experience in e-commerce or luxury fashion would be a plus
  • Expertise in the use of IT systems (Windows package)
  • Motivation and positive attitude 
  • Excellent listener and a strong communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure
