Our client is an international company and a leader specializing in solutions to skin conditions and sun protection. They are looking for new talent to join their German Customer Care team at their headquarters in the suburbs of Barcelona.

You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, have some experience in either administrative work in an international environment or a call center, and are comfortable working with online programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or Salesforce.

  • Full professional level of English or Spanish

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service for customers in the German market
  • Work together with the sales team to keep logistics up to date
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers B2B and B2C
  • Help the customers with incidents and complaints by giving creative solutions
  • Stay updated on the company's products

Core Skills/experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or in a contact center
  • Problem solver and team player attitude
  • Great Excell skills
  • SAP skills will be a big plus!
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Thinking in solutions, have an innovative mindset
