Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately taking care of the order processing, delivery creation, and shipment processing
  • Support Customers through a prompt resolution to issues regarding stock availability, sales orders, shipment status, product and services
  • Build strong customer relationships 
  • Receive and process sales orders
  • Follow up on order status and order book maintenance
  • Attending trade shows

Core Skills/experience

  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support 
  • Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with different stakeholders
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-oriented and proactive
  • Great organizational skills, proactivity, and desire to develop
