Main Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for reactivating existing customers’ interest in target products and services that feature in the current marketing campaign
  • Calling existing or inactive customers to present new products, sending technical information and following-up
  • Detecting and promoting customers’ interest in products and services
  • Reporting any detected sales opportunities to the commercial division for closing
  • Reporting findings and updated information into the CRM database

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales/ account management position
  • Native Swedish is essential since you will work for the Swedish market
  • A high level of English is also a must. All training materials and technical manuals are in English. This is also the working language of the small, yet internationally diverse, sales advisory team you will be joining
  • Good computer skills and comfortable using Office
