Recognized as an innovation leader, they integrate various technologies to provide application-specific solutions to their customers in science, chemical and food industries.


  • Native level of German
  • Full Professional Level of English or Spanish

Main Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for reactivating existing customers’ interest in target products and services that feature in the current marketing campaign.

  • Calling existing or inactive customers to present new products, sending technical information and following-up.

  • Detecting and promoting customers’ interest in products and services.

  • Reporting any detected sales opportunities to the commercial division for closing.

  • Reporting findings and updated information into the CRM database.

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience in a B2B environment

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales/ account management position

  • Good computer skills and comfortable using Office
