Our client, who is a consolidated and dynamic company that proposes global solutions for international transportation companies, is looking for a dynamic and customer oriented Credit Controller.


  • Native level of Polish
  • Advanced level of Spanish
  • Advanced level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Build close relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients (via phone and email)
  • Identify, negotiate, and implement payment solutions
  • Communicate with clients regarding pending payments and prepare credit and collection activity reports to minimize outstanding debts
  • Identify overdue accounts and delays due to disputes, and work to resolve payment disputes and ensure client recovery
  • Recognize payment trends and resolve related issues, manage high-risk clients, and collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve the client payment cycle
