They are now seeking, to join their team in Barcelona, an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, to be responsible for the conversion optimization program and strategy across their digital platforms, in order to increase revenue and customer engagement.   • Full professional level of English
  • Any other European language is a plus (Spanish, French, German, Italian, etc.)

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute CRO strategies and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to gather customers' insights and behaviors, using industry-leading analytics tools such as heatmaps, dynamic surveys, recordings, GA, User Testing, etc
  • Identify areas of improvement, and generate testing ideas based on insights and research that will increase business 
  • Analyse, evaluate and report experiment results to the wider team
  • Continuously monitor and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement across web properties and marketing activities
  • Be a ‘go to’ person for CRO consultation and regional optimisation inquiries
  • Drive a culture of testing and innovation, fostering a data-driven mindset throughout the organization
  • You will report to the Head of Digital Product

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field is a plus
  • +3 years of experience as a CRO Manager, dealing with large sites/traffic numbers 
  • Proven ability to create strategic plans on both short and long-time frames and growing business units
  • Expertise in using industry-standard analytics tools such as A/B testing and CRO technologies (Optimizely, WO, Google Optimise, or similar) and Analytics tools ((Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem solver mind with the ability to translate business needs into strategies that deliver the desired commercial, marketing and operational outcomes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in conversion rate optimization
