Our client is a manufacturing company, specializing in ventilation products for the residential construction sector.

They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to be in charge of the Benelux market. This role will be key to the growth of the Belgian office and responsible for this market opportunity. 


  • High level of English
  • Any additional language is a plus
Belgium Remote

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and acquisition of commercial customers and achieve an agreement 
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Presenting the products to the customers, technical demonstrations, and deep knowledge of the product portfolio
  • Responsible for Sales Inquiries
  • Maintain communication with customers at all times
  • Work on active marketing in order to attract new customers
  • Create and propose solutions with designers, clients, investors, etc. 
  • Main point of contact for customers and regarding all services offered by the company

Core Skills/experience

  • English at level B2 or higher
  • Driver's license (category B)
  • Experience in the ventilation industry or similar
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills 
  • Great analytical and organizational skills
  • Motivation to achieve above-average results
  • Sales-driven and entrepreneurial working style
