The company is looking for a Business Development Manager that can take the sales to new heights and is based in Barcelona or willing to relocate. You will be a real owner, contributing to the success of the company, and have great development possibilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales process from active leads sourcing to closing deals in the UK market and onboarding corporate partners
  • Analysing market trends, competition and generate opportunities by understanding client needs
  • Performing online and Face-to-Face meetings with prospects to present the product and services
  • Work closely with teams of Account Executives and SDRs.
  • While you’ll have a great degree of autonomy, you will also be fully supported by marketing, sales and product functions
  • Brainstorming new solutions to further develop Benevity’s best solution and offering on Employee Volunteering, Corporate Giving, and Impact Reporting. 

Core Skills/experience

  • Native level of English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing or a related field 
  • You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and make a real impact
  • You have a passion for reaching out to people, presenting a service/ product and negotiating.
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills
