Main Responsibilities

  • Organize visits to our client installations for national and international clients
  • Coordinating group visit scheduling along with representatives and managers from each area
  • Planning travel and accommodations
  • Providing support in event organization
  • Managing administrative and billing tasks

Core Skills/experience

  • Previous experience as a tour guide or in similar positions is valued
  • Preference for education in Tourism or Translation and Interpreting
  • Proactivity and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients
  • Positive attitude and motivation to tackle new challenges
  • Eagerness to succeed, creativity in problem-solving, and resilience in the face of difficulties
