  • Handled inbound calls from Dutch and English speaking clients.
  • Process and manage orders, invoices, and documentation.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services during customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate data and prepare reports.
  • Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in administration, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
