Our client is an international Fintech with revolutionary solutions for businesses in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Spain.

The Administrative specialist will be responsible for approving and assigning invoices to investors, developing risk analysis for approval, monitoring payment of debts, reconciling customer and investor payments, contacting credit insurers for credit limits and risk grades, contacting customers to find the best solutions in case of non-payment, managing billing dispute cases, and keeping credit insurers and investors informed of the status of cases.


  • Full professional level in French and Spanish
  • Professional level in English

Main Responsibilities

  • Approve and assign invoices to investors
  • Develop risk analysis for approval
  • Monitor payment of debts
  • Reconcile customer and investor payments
  • Contact credit insurers for credit limits and risk grades
  • Contact customers to find the best solutions in case of non-payment
  • Manage billing dispute cases
  • Keep credit insurers and investors informed of the status of cases

Core Skills/experience

  • Detail-oriented
  • Passionate about finance and comfortable with numbers
  • Enjoy contact with customers and can establish a relationship of trust with them
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • A Master's degree in Finance is a plus
