Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber frameworks
  • Design and implement test automation strategies, plans, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation testing is integrated into the development process
  • Analyze and report on test results, identify and troubleshoot defects, and communicate findings to the development team
  • Maintain and update existing automation test suites and scripts
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of quality assurance standards and best practices
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing trends and technologies

Core Skills/experience

  • 6+ years of experience in automation testing with a focus on Selenium and Cucumber
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Gherkin
  • Solid experience with automated testing of web applications and REST APIs
  • Strong programming skills in Java or a similar language
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
