Main Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle supplier onboarding, purchase orders, agreement negotiations, and payments
  • Skillfully draft, monitor, and archive contracts in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure precise budget allocations and provide necessary data for financial compliance
  • Expertly manage room reservations, travel logistics, employee time-off, and event planning
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, academic partners, and internal departments through effective communication
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while overseeing administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency

Core Skills/experience

  • 2-5 years of similar work experience
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-reliant and able to work autonomously
  • A people-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
