Main Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation and reporting of balances and bank statements
  • Management of customer’s credit balances and database information
  • Create, review, and follow-up AR reports (Aging, Invoice Register, others)
  • Review and cross-check errors in the cash register
  • Responsible for settlements

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar education 
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role 
  • Native or full professional level of Polish and fluent level of Spanish
  • Excellent in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, critical thinking, positive attitude, teamwork, and work ethic
  • Ability to be proactive, problem-solve, and seek assistance while being able to work independently 
  • Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and goal-orientated
