Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the invoicing processes
- Oversee the aging of accounts receivable and handle collection claims
- Perform accounting entries, including bank cheque issuance and bank reconciliations
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers
- Manage KPI analysis and reporting
- Participate in ad hoc projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
- Cooperates closely with the Finance Manager on accounts for specific regions
- Responsible for managing and reviewing expense reports, overseeing petty cash, performing clerical tasks, and handling specific client communications
Core Skills/experience
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with German GAAP is essential
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
