Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise the invoicing processes
  • Oversee the aging of accounts receivable and handle collection claims
  • Perform accounting entries, including bank cheque issuance and bank reconciliations
  • Collaborate effectively with suppliers
  • Manage KPI analysis and reporting
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
  • Cooperates closely with the Finance Manager on accounts for specific regions
  • Responsible for managing and reviewing expense reports, overseeing petty cash, performing clerical tasks, and handling specific client communications

Core Skills/experience

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with SAP and familiarity with German GAAP is essential
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
