As a Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our European client base by managing key accounts, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.


  • Native level or full professional level of German and Swedish
  • Professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for European retail outlets, including toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations and solutions to drive sales
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding our European customer base
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement

Core Skills/experience

  • Proven experience in a similar sales or account management role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective product recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • International Driver's license
