Our client is a leading provider of economic analysis and forecasts for 127 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. They offer a reliable source for timely and accurate business intelligence among clients from a variety of industries, including the world’s major financial institutions.

After expanding their product reach to a truly global level over the past years, they are now expanding their global sales team, here in Barcelona, and are looking for people who are ambitious, driven, open, and eager to learn.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling their solution globally, and engaging with decision-makers at leading companies and governmental institutions. 


  • Full Professional level of English
  • Additional languages are a plus

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through research and social selling
  • Contact potential prospects and establish effective relationships, converting them into new clients
  • Identify business drivers to associate optimal solutions according to each customer
  • Implement strategies to achieve business goals, for both new and existing clients
  • Engage with C-level managers 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from negotiating to closing
  • Forecast success through key performance indicators 

Core Skills/experience

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • A degree in Business/Economics studies is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure 
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously 
  • Ambitious, client-focused, self-motivated, with excellent communications skills
  • Ability to communicate and influence with C-levels 
  • Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
  • Previous experience using Salesforce is highly valuable
