Through years of experience, our client has been able to become a leader in the engineering and technology sector. They offer various services to customers, develop and improve vehicle and mobility services, which makes them safer, convenient, and efficient for their consumers. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer questions and solve technical issues related to the client's software via e-mail and phone.
  • Identify the type and/or severity of the technical issue.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and transfer issues to the proper department.
  • Monitor and follow up a resolution, updating the client's profile on the database. 
  • Maintain high-quality technical and customer support standards.

Core Skills/experience

  • Native level of German.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Preferably +1 years of experience in Technical support roles handling complaints and requests directly from customers.
  • Required experience working with Navision/Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERPs.
  •  Knowledge of the automotive industry, for example, Logistics or Shared Services Center, will be a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both in writing and on the phone.
  • Great capacity to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
