Currently, they are in the phase of intense growth and they look for talented people for their office in Barcelona located nearby the beach.


Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with respective business units
  • Act as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational/cultural changes.
  • Handle employee relations issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal advisors as needed/required
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Guide and support business unit´s organization changes, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in the field of Human Resources
  • Master’s in Human Resources Management or Labour law is an asset
  • Good knowledge of HR-related metrics and leveraging data-driven insights
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
