Senior Account Manager (Remote from Spain) w/ Advanced level of English

This position is for a company that provides B2B payment gateways for mass online purchases.

The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the sales and operations team and will be responsible to increase merchants loyalty and satisfaction by taking care of the relationship with them while developing strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop existing and new merchants through appropriate propositions to help increase the volume processing
  • Generation of new business opportunities and work closely with sales team to understand strategic initiatives
  • Identification and qualification of prospects in the targeted companies
  • Identify leads and conduct lead management
  • Help to improve the selling process - develop innovative sales strategies

Core Skills/experience

  • Proficient/Native level of English 
  • Fluent level of Spanish is a plus
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in Fintech 
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • The ability to research and identify problems, develop proposals, conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others
