Sales Executive (Remote from Spain) w/ Advanced level of English

This position is for a company that provides B2B payment gateways for mass online purchases.

The Sales Executive will be responsible to develop new strategies to increase the growth of the business by closing new accounts in the European markets. This person will play a key role in order to establish new sales operations to work from the headquarters in Barcelona and at the same time act as a point of contact between merchants and the company, working along with other departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will lead sales processes, helping the team to create new business opportunities, negotiating and signing new merchants by active search ( emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn)
  • Help to improve the selling process - develop innovative sales strategies
  • Along with the Head of Sales, refine the strategy through data-driven interaction
  • Provide feedback to the Product department for roadmap development
  • Develop a high knowledge of the internal platform and new products to provide all necessary information to prospectors

Core Skills/experience

  • Proficient/Native level of English 
  • Fluent level of Spanish will be a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar  
  • You are a true salesperson, with at least 3 years of experience in financial products (payment gateways solutions, fintech)
  • Proven track record of sales pipeline development
  • Selling SaaS, B2B/B2C
  • Team player and highly collaborative
  • Customer-oriented person and curious (ability to understand complex products and regulations)
  • High knowledge of the FinTech industry and payment gateways solutions will be an advantage.
  • Availability to travel if required (especially within Europe).
