For this reason, we are looking for someone passionate and people-oriented to join a team of energetic, international professionals based in Barcelona. Main Responsibilities

  • One of your tasks will be letting out your creativity, to write job ads and make them sophisticated for our candidates
  • You will get to know different job portals where you will post your own job ads
  • You will get to know exciting positions for which you will search for suitable candidates through active sourcing on our social networks
  • You will create and maintain a long lasting relationship with candidates

Core Skills/experience

  • Native level of German + High level of English
  • Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
  • People-oriented, able to build successful relationships at a business level
  • Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
  • Flexible personality
  • Passion for recruitment
