Main Responsibilities

  • You will touch different profiles, levels, and clients and will get to know Barcelona's job market from different angles, a day is never the same. 
  • You will be responsible for your own clients, build long-lasting, strong relationships, and partner with hiring managers making sure their recruitment needs are met. This includes understanding the client's needs and customizing each project to them, we trust you and your skills.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from entry to senior-level roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes. 
  • Acting as the bridge between clients and candidates by remaining in frequent contact with them. 
  • Identify effective recruiting channels and sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best talents for our clients by finding adequate profiles according to the client’s needs and presenting only qualified candidates. We focus on quality, not quantity.
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings with both clients and candidates in order to create an efficient and time-effective recruitment process. 
  • Help and coach candidates to prepare to "go live" during the recruitment process by profile polishing, helping them identify best practices, and being their Go-To-Person when they need you. 
  • Leave a good impression by building professional relationships with clients and achieving deadlines, whilst ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay on top of recruitment trends and best practices

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 
  • Ideally 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Approachable self-starter attitude who wants to learn more about the industry and develop their career in recruitment 
  • Passion and interest for Recruitment
  • Experience in sourcing a variety of entry and mid/senior-level profiles, whilst engaging with passive candidates in a creative way, is a big plus
  • Ability to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touch
  • Goals driven attitude with the ability to work under the pressure
  • A flexible personality that can work with a diverse team and adapt to a fast-paced environment 
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take initiative with a fun team
