This position is for a SaaS startup that enables companies to build a compassionate, purpose-driven culture and engage employees while serving the community—all through one platform. The company has recently set up its offices in Barcelona and is on a mission to grow the team!

The company is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to jump on a challenging yet extremely rewarding adventure. You will be a real owner, contributing to the success of the company and have great development possibilities!

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the Client's internal CRM (Hubspot), keeping it updated and optimising it
  • Documenting and refining lead management processes
  • Supporting the sales team doing research for different markets, based on segmentation strategies and prioritisations
  • Working on projects to support lead generation research
  • Proactively suggesting solutions to solve operational challenges
  • Setting up automation and workflows to move contacts through the buying funnel
  • Analysing and reporting complex data sets, and identifying market trends to provide recommendations
  • Drive process improvement by identifying ways to simplify, automate and measure process performance
  • Monitor adoption of existing processes and tools, share adoption and performance data

Core Skills/experience

  • English language at a full professional level, written and spoken
  • At least 1 year of experience in a data-focused role within a marketing function, ideally within a SaaS startup
  • Attention to detail and strong data-analysis and research skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of  Excel/Google Sheets/Data Processing Tools are a big plus
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospection tools like Lusha, Zoominfo, Cognism or others is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively work cross-functionally
