Our client offers staffing & consultancy solutions to major brands & innovators to attract talented digital marketing experts and leaders. It is a fast-growing and dynamic company with offices in Almeria and Madrid. They are looking for a talented Junior Business Developer to help them scale the business! You will be assisting their team with researching and qualifying potential new leads as well as identifying new market and digital trends. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer acquisition, introducing prospective customers/clients with all solutions, understanding clients' needs
  • Researching and qualifying potential leads through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Identifying new market & digital trends and follow closely all information related to the sector provided by the team
  • Translate all market and sales information in an efficient format back to the team
  • Representing the client during meet-ups, e-commerce events, and seminars

Core Skills/experience

  • Experience in (inside) sales or business development. Preferably in the staffing, e-marketing, or consultancy industry
  • Passionate about e-marketing/e-commerce and “all things digital”
  • You are a people person and an excellent team player
  • A persistent results-driven entrepreneurial spirit who is a true go-getter
