We are looking for a Graduate Customer Operations Specialist to help our client solve several business operational issues. If you are an analytical person, organized, and a strong team player, then this is your opportunity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer customers' operational issues (e.g. deliveries, returns, order status, etc.).
  • Be the first point of contact for customer accounts, as well as for a specialized topic 
  • Interact with other departments to resolve operational matters based on customer support (e.g. supply chain, sales, etc.).
  • Contributes to optimize current processes in order to improve daily activities 

Core Skills/experience

  • Native level of German and high level of English is mandatory
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering; a Supply Chain Management Master is a plus
  • Only candidates with a recent graduation date: from June 2019 onwards
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Some knowledge of the Supply Chain will be a plus
