Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle customer requests by email and chat and phone
  • Solve customer inquiries with regards to orders, service and delivery
  • Reply to German and English speaking customers
  • Collect and maintian customer data

Core Skills/experience

  • Good technical understanding;
  • Interest in working with products of the toy industry
  • Any experience with customer service related positions is considered an added value.

What’s on offer

  • Online training and work from home during the current situation in Barcelona. Once the situation changes overall employees will have to work from a modern office in Barcelona
  • 39h/ week rotating between 08:00h-19:00h or 15:00-23:00h (Monday to Sunday with at least 2 weekends free/ month)
