We are looking for a talented individual to help our client solve several business operational issues. If you are an analytical person, organized, and a strong team player, then this is your opportunity. 


Main Responsibilities

  • Answer customers' operational issues (e.g. deliveries, returns, order status, etc.).
  • Be the first point of contact for customer accounts, as well as for a specialized topic.
  • Interact with other departments to resolve operational matters based on customer support (e.g. supply chain, sales, etc.).
  • Train other team members when needed
  • Contributes to optimize current processes in order to improve daily activities 

Core Skills/experience

  • Native level of Dutch AND fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree
  • From 1 to 3 years of related working experience (e.g. supply chain, customer service, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Knowledge of end-to-end process of sales operations
  • Some knowledge of Supply chain will be a plus
  • An excellent team player able to collaborate with others
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of solving complex internal operational issues
  • Solution-oriented person, analytical and organized
