Through years of experience, our client has been able to develop itself into a leader in the automotive sector. They offer various services to customers and they develop and improve vehicles and mobility services, which makes mobility safer, more efficient and more convenient.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing personal assistance to customers by giving information or processing suggestions, concerns and claims.
  • Taking care of emergency calls. When a report comes in you are responsible for the well-being of the customer and for arranging further measures.
  • Coordinate Roadside Assistance by providing support during a breakdown or accident.
  • Processing the incoming data.
  • Planning the repairs as efficiently as possible and in the most convenient way for the customer.
  • Supporting the customer if the vehicle is stolen. You help the customer locate the vehicle through GPS tracking and report it to the police.
