This position is for a SasS startup that enables companies to build a compassionate, purpose-driven culture and engage employees while serving the community—all through one platform. The company has recently set up its offices in Barcelona and is on a mission to grow the team!

Main Responsibilities

  • Creating and optimizing content through channels for the website and lead generation. 
  • Convert visitors to leads and expand overall the brand.
  • Creation of content for blogs, articles, infographics, social media posts and other intern marketing material with consistency of the corporation.
  • Manage website content updates and conduct keyword research to find new opportunities.
  • Manage external and internal content to ensure the material is up-to-date.
  • Provide feedback to other contributors and edit their content.
  • Determine the results of marketing activities to determine future marketing content and generate leads.
  • Implementing SEO best practices.
  • Optimizing the content strategy, editorial calendar, and content distribution plans
  • Working closely with other departments’ communication efforts for consistency.

Core Skills/experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in creating copy targeted to a persona, in different formats e.g. blog posts, landing pages, social media or email - ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Fluency in English at a native level is a must, orally and especially written. Fluency in German or French is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to structure a message effectively for different viewers. Graphic design skills are a plus.
  • A methodical and organized way you work.
  • A creative, analytical and proactive approach with a strong customer focus.
  • Proficiency with SEMRush, Ahrefs or other keyword research tools are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics highly valued.
  • Experiences with CMS softwares (Wordpress + some HTML), landing page creation (Unbounce), SEO/SEM campaigns, and A/B testing are a big plus.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, MailChimp or other similar programs is valued.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or other similar tools.
