As a CFO, and as a business partner to the executive team, you will participate in their ambitious expansion in different countries in Europe and have the responsibility for all financial aspects of the group including group reporting, cash management, leadership of the finance team, and upscaling systems and organization in fast-growing business. 


Main Responsibilities

  • Group reporting – annual statements and monthly reporting to the executive team and owners.
  • Internal reporting – ensure solid access to internal financial analysis and reporting, in order for our various teams to have the necessary data to manage the business
  • Cash management – ensure solid cash forecasts in cooperation with the executive team, dialogue with banks, and the ability to take proactive action when needed.
  • The basics – ensure all basic tasks in the finance team are handled with excellence, meaning both teams, systems and structure are in place – bookkeeping, payments, salary, tax, VAT, etc.
  • Leading the finance team of 6 people - being a strong leader for them, organizing, developing, and supporting them on a daily basis.
  • A business partner to the executive team – challenging and supporting the executive teams in all necessary and relevant areas.

Core Skills/experience

  • Relevant Team Management experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of group reporting and consolidation.
  • Experience from a similar role or a senior auditor role is preferable.
  • Extensive excel and modeling experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong ability to self-manage and prioritize.
  • Analytical, proactive, and be a team player.
  • Excellent in Spanish and English.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and local accounting and regulatory requirements, risk management practices.
