Our client is a rapidly growing and, Industry-leading company within the online pharmaceutical sector. This position will provide you with the opportunity to work from an office located in the city center of Barcelona! Main Responsibilities

  • Control delivery flow and couriers’ level of service and solve de day-to-day issues in the package delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery service is accomplished by our external couriers and report any deviation.
  • Purpose processes and methods to gather supply chain data together with our Data team.
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance, warehouse, and vendors.
  • Cooperate with sales and customer service departments to improve the quality.

Core Skills/experience

  • Degree in business, administration, supply chain, or similar.
  • Experience in a similar role (Back Office, order management, supply chain, logistics, customer service). Experience in another e-commerce is a plus.
  • Good level of French and Spanish. Any other EU language will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Office package, professional command of Excel.
  • Communication skills, positive thinking, and eager to help.
  • Customer-oriented above all.
  • Excellence: capacity of organization, planning, and execution. Focus on details and work under pressure.
  • Team: collaborate with other departments, being able to share achievements, fails, successes, and solving problems together.
  • Problem-solver mindset.
